Zimbabwe is poised for an economic boom, social transformation, rule of law and constitutionalism when the people give Dr. Morgan Richard Tsvangirai the undiluted mandate to govern and implement policies that cultivate citizens’ active participation in governance matters.
The policies, contained in the MDC party’s Agenda for Real Transformation (ART), a blueprint for effective, humane and viable political, economic and social governance, have the potential to resurrect Zimbabwe from economic demise, which will restore the people’s dignity.
Dr. Tsvangirai, whose leadership will be guided by ART, believes the people will give him and his team the opportunity to govern exclusively, without the dilution that comes with an arranged marriage, such as the current one.

Gogo Chimakure said Mai Elizabeth Tsvangirai should be applauded for remembering old people.

We are taking a stand that anyone implicated or named in that report will not stand in our party’s name, even for primary elections. The MDC will not tolerate corruption from anyone in the party, even the party President.
We will continue to showcase our qualitative difference by taking stern action against offenders and corrupt officials. We will stick to our history, which shows that we take the responsibility of serving people seriously and will not brook any nonsense.

On our part, we pledge to respect property rights as part of the many rights that are now protected by our new Constitution which Zimbabweans recently endorsed overwhelmingly.
We respet property rights and we hope to receive FDI from China which will work as a catalyst to the development of our economy and lead to improved livelihoods of the people of Zimbabwe and the sustainability of Chinese investment. Prime Minister Tsvangirai said Wednesday on the occasion of the Chinese Vice Premier visit to Zimbabwe.

Policy to transform Zim launched |

The policy that will open Zimbabwe for business, usher in substantive reforms in various sectors with the sole objective of spurring economic growth, restore our collective dignity and creating jobs for the millions of unemployed Zimbabweans has been launched.
The policy was launched Friday at a colorful ceremony held at the Jubilee Christian Centre in Harare.
