According to the MDC, JUICE aims to create a million jobs for Zimbabweans between 2013 and 2017.
President Tsvangirai said that the key to jobs for Zimbabweans was to win the elections.
He said: “We don’t want to go into the morning after without a plan. The first thing will be to transform the governance system brought by ZANU PF of a one man rule.”
President Tsvangirai told the Bulawayo Provincial Council that the party was on its way to win the next elections and was ready to govern.
“The other priority will be to turn the balance of distribution of natural resources. We are spending lots on consumption and that is not healthy for the economy .We want to create jobs. There is no empowerment, which is better than a job. We are ready to govern, we are ready to lead “, President Tsvangirai said.
